I andra fall kommer de att g\u00f6ra det sj\u00e4lva. Men jag tror att i allt detta tal om \"team\" f\u00e5r vi inte gl\u00f6mma att vissa m\u00e4nniskor bidrar mer \u00e4n andra och de b\u00f6r bel\u00f6nas som s\u00e5dana genom en incitamentsplan. S\u00e5 det m\u00e5ttet \u00e4r viktigt.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jag k\u00e4nde att jag skulle vara extremt f\u00f6rsiktig med att peka ut enskilda teammedlemmar i ett sj\u00e4lvorganiserat team. Inte f\u00f6r att det aldrig kan g\u00f6ras, utan f\u00f6r att jag vill att teamet f\u00f6rst ska identifiera om de anser n\u00e5gons bidrag, eller brist p\u00e5 bidrag, \u00e4r ett problem och ett tillr\u00e4ckligt stort problem f\u00f6r att <em>inte l\u00f6sa det sj\u00e4lva<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Naturligtvis kan det finnas medlemmar i ett team som g\u00f6r mycket mer \u00e4n de borde eller mycket mindre \u00e4n alla andra teammedlemmar. Men om n\u00e5gon g\u00f6r l\u00e5ngt \u00f6ver vad de borde g\u00f6ra i ett team \u00e4r \u00f6nskan att teamet identifierar detta och att de finner b\u00e4ttre s\u00e4tt att dela arbetet p\u00e5. Detsamma om teamet k\u00e4nner att n\u00e5gon underpresterar. Om ett team f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker l\u00f6sa ett problem sj\u00e4lva men inte lyckas b\u00f6r vi naturligtvis ge dem allt st\u00f6d de beh\u00f6ver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Att fr\u00e4mja en laganda d\u00e4r m\u00e4nniskor finns d\u00e4r f\u00f6r varandra, gemensamt tar sig an uppgifter och som en enhet \u00e4r ansvariga f\u00f6r sina leveranser men sedan uppmuntra dem med individuella incitament kan vara kontraproduktivt. Anta att du har ett team av s\u00e4ljare som du vill skall arbeta som ett team, men sedan ger du dem enskilt bonusm\u00e5l. Vad detta ofta leder till \u00e4r kortsiktiga, sj\u00e4lvcentrerade beslut. F\u00f6rs\u00e4ljnings killen som h\u00e5ller information f\u00f6r sig sj\u00e4lv, st\u00e4nger sin lilla aff\u00e4r ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att hj\u00e4lpa en teammedlem med en ENORM (eftersom han inte skulle ha \"gynnats\" av det). Eller VD'n som s\u00e4ger upp m\u00e4nniskor f\u00f6r att ha ekonomiska siffror som n\u00e5r hans m\u00e5l f\u00f6r att han skall f\u00e5 sin bonus. Hur det p\u00e5verkar f\u00f6retaget p\u00e5 l\u00e5ng sikt \u00e4r inte hans problem ... ofta har han l\u00e4mnat f\u00f6r ett annat bolag innan det m\u00e5ste hanteras. Och s\u00e5 vidare\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jag kan se ett r\u00e4ttf\u00e4rdigande i incitament, men jag skulle g\u00f6ra allt jag kan f\u00f6r att ha dem p\u00e5 teamniv\u00e5 (om de alls beh\u00f6ver existera). Det skulle d\u00e5 uppmuntra teamet att arbeta \u00e4nnu b\u00e4ttre tillsammans f\u00f6r att n\u00e5 de incitament som teamet som enhet hade.
